For additional information, please call the University Ticket Office at 707.826.3928 or email

Wheelchair accessible seating is provided for all shows and can be reserved through in-person visits, or phone orders. This seating ensures that patrons can enjoy the performance while remaining in the comfort of their own wheelchairs. Furthermore, we offer several transfer-accessible aisle seats for guests who use wheelchairs and prefer to sit in a standard theater seat.

If you require assistance in making these arrangements, please don't hesitate to reach out to the University Ticket Office at 707.826.3928 or email ticket@humboldt.edu.

In accordance with campus policy, there are NO animals, with the exception of service animals (not therapy or comfort animals), allowed at or in Cal Poly Humboldt events or facilities.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcomed at all campus venues. Service animals are those that fall under the categories defined in titles II and III of the ADA and are individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person's disability. It's important to note that animals whose primary role is to provide comfort or emotional support no longer meet the criteria for service animals as per the ADA. For additional information, please visit www.ada.gov.

At this time, clear bags are not required, but this policy is subject to change.

In the event of a performance cancellation, the University Ticket Office will issue a refund. If you used a credit card or debit card for the ticket purchase, the refund will be automatically credited back to the original card. For payments made by check, cash, account credit, or any split-tender method, the refund will be processed by check from the University, and this process may take up to five weeks.

Our events are generally open to all ages, but please note that every attendee, regardless of age, will require a ticket for entry. We want to ensure a positive experience for all patrons, so if your child is unable to sit quietly for extended periods of time, we recommend making alternativer arrangements. Additionally, be aware that some performances may not be suitable for children.

Certain events may have age restrictions, such as being limited to those 18 and older or current Cal Poly Humboldt students. Any such restrictions will be clearly outlined on the event page. If you have any uncertainties or need clarification, feel free to contact us at 707.826.3928.

Children under 16 may be eligible for a reduced ticket price. See event page for details.

Seniors 60 and above may be eligible for a reduced ticket price. See event page for details.

To enhance your event experience, we suggest arriving 30-45 minutes before the scheduled start time. This window allows ample time for parking, whether on campus or in downtown Eureka, depending on the venue. Given that parking can be challenging, please plan accordingly to ensure you don't miss any part of the performance.

We recommend arriving at least 30-45 minutes before the scheduled start time. To respect both performers and fellow patrons, late arrivals may be seated only during intermission or appropriate breaks in the performance. In some instances, latecomers may be directed to seating in the balcony. Please be aware that performance times and locations may vary, so carefully review the details on your tickets. Your punctuality ensures a smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone.
